ELIGLIBLE HOUSEHOLDS

Eligible households must have

1. Homeowners
2. Annual income of less than 25K
3. Have children under the age of 12 living in the home
4. Have health related or hazard concerns with their current flooring
5. The moneymaker in the household must be employed if not permanently disabled
